The results of the project "IT-Landkarte", was an inventory of all hardware and software companies (displayed graphically) as well as their process map, supplier relationships, etc. All data was entered in the TopEase system (from Pulinco) which can be modified by the customer whenever required. The selected procedure model for drawing up the IT strategy and tactical IT plans is based on the CobiT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) Lifecycle Framework. This framework ensures that the various components of the strategy development and implementation are coordinated with one another.
